My career is defined by business-critical transformations, global scale deep engineering and billion-dollar digital growth across Tier 1 Financial Services, Global Supply Chain Logistics, Defence and Aerospace, Telecoms just to name just a few industries.

Before founding IXCEL.Tech, I spear-headed strategy and execution of dynamically scalable platforms, cost-effective services and mission-critical operations at global scale for Citigroup, Maersk, Thales and British Telecoms including transforming cloud strategies for 10,000+ developers and delivering award-winning 99.99% uptime platforms that positively impact both the top and bottom line. Having pioneered technology transformations over the last 2 decades, I am not new to AI and bring advanced machine learning and neural network R&D expertise to the team.

I bring over 14 years of experience operating at the intersection of data science, AI, neuroscience, policy, and business execution. My work is driven by a single focus: translating advanced research and complex systems into real-world, high-impact outcomes.

Before co-founding IXCEL.Tech, I led and contributed to high-stakes initiatives across public and private sectors - from advanced causal-inference and AI forecasting models for large-scale urban development in the United States, to privacy-preserving data platforms in healthcare as CTO of an Antler-supported startup. I have worked alongside globally respected institutions and initiatives, including Schmidt Futures, and collaborated with leading researchers across Europe and North America.

I also served as a technical policy advisor to the Government of Canada, where I contributed directly to the Artificial Intelligence and Data Act (Bill C-27), generative-AI governance frameworks, and national data-sovereignty initiatives. This role required bridging engineering realities with legal, ethical, and geopolitical constraints - ensuring AI systems could scale responsibly in real-world conditions. My work was formally recognized by the Senior Assistant Deputy Minister.

At IXCEL.Tech, I focus on shaping AI-native architectures, agentic systems, and research-driven platforms that meet enterprise-grade standards while remaining adaptable to future paradigms - from advanced ML and neuroscience-inspired systems to emerging fields.

My approach is grounded in the belief that true technological excellence comes from combining depth of research, disciplined execution, and long-term accountability - the same standards required in government, critical infrastructure, and globally scaled systems.

I am a CFO with over 30 years of global finance experience, specialising in business transformations, digitalisation and fundraising within Technology, Energy, Renewables and Mining sectors. I have a proven track record in strategy formulation and implementation, international IPOs, strategic exits, M&A, joint ventures and organisational development.

As a creative mind and lateral thinker, I currently manage an SME-focused Socio-Economic Fund with investments across Technology, Energy Transition, E-Commerce, ERP, EdTech and the Services sector. My expertise in raising finance and executing complex business transformations makes me instrumental in driving IXCEL.Tech's growth and market positioning.
